A digital twin is a high-fidelity virtual replica of a building or real space. Artsuka creates digital twins combining lidar scanning, photogrammetry and Gaussian Splatting.

What is a digital twin?

A digital twin is an exact virtual model of a physical asset that reflects its geometry, materials and condition with millimetric precision. It is built from real capture data, not manual modeling.

It combines terrestrial laser scanning (lidar) for geometric precision, photogrammetry for photorealistic texture, and BIM data for parametric information about materials and systems.

The result serves sales presentations, technical training, predictive maintenance and heritage documentation, integrated into a navigable immersive experience.

Artsuka's digital twin pipeline

We capture with terrestrial lidar scanners (±2mm), 4K cameras and FPV drones. We process via photogrammetry to generate colored point clouds and textured meshes.

The result integrates into Artsuka Studio as .ply, .e57 or .artsu, with configurable cameras, information points and floor plans. Visualized in Vision Pro at real scale.
